The Spanish Wells Visitor Scheduling System

On December 4th, 2006, the Spanish Wells Community Association will begin using the Wackenhut Corporation to provide staffing for the Gate and Community Watch. It is imperative, that if you want a guest admitted either to your home or to the Club, that they be called in using the 239-992-9016 number or they must be on your permanent guest list. This number allows the resident to admit a guest by speaking directly with the computer that records your message, produces the pass, and opens the gate. If you have an emergency, dial 911. The Wackenhut Staff will not permit anyone on the property who has not been invited.

When a resident leaves a message on the Voice Server, it stores the message for retrieval by the gate staff. As a safety feature, if the telephone number from which a resident is calling is not recorded in the Spanish Wells database, or if the phone number has caller I.D. blocked, the Voice Server will prompt for a PIN number. Residents and members should provide all phone numbers, including cell phone numbers, they might use to call the Gatehouse from, by calling the office at 239-947-4189 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. That is also the number you should call to get your PIN number.

The telephone number for the voice server is: 239-992-9016. After a resident calls, they will hear the opening greeting, "Welcome to the Spanish Wells Visitor Scheduling System". The Voice Server will then prompt the user as follows:

For a 1-day pass, press 1.
For a 3-day pass, press 2.
For a 1-week pass, press 3.
For a 2-week pass, press 4.

If you need a pass for longer than two weeks please call the office in advance at 239-947-4189 Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For a last minute long term pass, outside of business hours, select a shorter period and arrange for the longer term pass on the next business day.
