About Us

The Spanish Wells Community Association is a non-profit organization encompassing more than 1100 units consisting of single family and multi family homes. The Association has several major responsibilities, including:
  1. To provide for the maintenance and operation of the surface water management system for the Community in accordance with permits issued by the South Florida Water Management District.
  2. To provide for the maintenance, operation, and repair of the roads, right of ways, and entry (access) and boundary areas with the Community (except for the Marbella at Spanish Wells Neighborhood).
  3. To provide for the perpetual maintenance of any signage required by governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the Community.

The office is located at 9200 Bonita Beach Rd., Suite #113 and residents should report issues and concerns there or by calling the office telephone number (239) 947-4189.

The gatehouse number (239) 992-1031 may be used to report immediate, resident concerns during times when the office is closed. It is not used to admit a guest. (239) 992-9016 is the number where all guests must be called in. The gatehouse should never be approached on foot.
